Beacon Culinary Services was founded in 2020 by Tim Trachimowicz. Active in the culinary industry for almost twenty years, Tim is certified by the National Restaurant Association to teach food safety courses in their ServSafe program. Tim is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and has worked in fine dining, corporate dining and collegiate dining services over the course of his career.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys hanging out with his wife and four boys, whether it’s at the lacrosse or soccer fields, skiing on the slopes or cruising on the waters of Casco Bay. His favorite food to cook is pizza in an outdoor brick oven followed closely by BBQ on his barrel smoker.
